Last Saturday, Wuxi High-Mountain Technology organized an exhilarating team-building event at Longsi Ecological Park, a scenic destination renowned for its lush greenery and immersive outdoor experiences. The event, designed to strengthen team cohesion and celebrate our employees’ hard work, featured a dynamic mix of BBQ feasts, forest hiking, and adrenaline-pumping CS battles – all aimed at fostering collaboration, relaxation, and a shared sense of achievement.
The day kicked off with a team BBQ in the heart of the park. Employees bonded over sizzling grills, sharing laughs and stories while cooking seafood, meats, and vegetables. The casual atmosphere provided a perfect backdrop for cross-departmental interactions, reinforcing our culture of openness and mutual support.Guided by the park’s serene trails, teams embarked on a 5-kilometer hike through dense forests and past historical landmarks like the 410-year-old ginkgo tree. The hike not only promoted physical wellness but also symbolized the company’s journey – overcoming obstacles together and reaching new heights.
